Given that Hurricane Gustav was a strong Category 4 hurricane while over Cuba, and that the National Hurricane Center predicted with 81% probability that Gustav would remain at Category 3 or above on September 1, I think that it was completely justified to evacuate New Orleans.


But is Louisiana really more corrupt than Alaska?
