Generally no but depends and depends.
If it's menstruation bleeding, it's broken. If it's a bog standard bleeding, your ablution is void.
As for throw up, if it's done deliberately it's broken. If it was accidental/natural, clear mouth/throat with water/whatever and resume fasting.
