ok i've now watched the relevent bits so can comment.

Shilpa was being bullied, but i saw nothing more than you'd see every day in a school yard from many girls aged 12 or over. Or in a nightclub/pub or an office enviroment.

A group of females can be complete bitches, and rip another female to shreds, Shilpa stood up to it, and Jade being the ringleader now gone it will stop.
Thats life ... its hardly racism, tho a couple of comments were racially orientated, their aim was to bully and degrade Shilpa because of .. ohh i dunno why .. cos shes pretty, rich, famous for actually doing something, you pick.
