I absolutely agree, noone should try to become that horrible team.
With the current English team, I would absolutely put the blame on the management. There are good players in the squad and if the manager and his staff can't get them to perform, they are the wrong people for the job. Not getting past Russia with this sort of players + resources is laughable.
