Old Skool; context is that he has just been picked up by his wife after she comes across him streaking down a main street in the middle of town. He then gets into the car rubbing his bare arse in the other girls faces (who are in the car with his wife) and sits down for about 30s while thye make jokes about him and then comes out with:

"Honey, is KFC still open?"
