Nelilandra feels the slight tugs of a rather amazingly sharp blade cutting through her clothing without managing to hit either her (quite an achievement considering the apparent lack of space between them) or anything in one of the pockets.

Modesty (or at least propriety, since it is debatable whether Nelilandra actually has a sense of modesty) is maintained at the expense of any sense of historical accuracy however when all this succeeds in revealing is a black sports bra emblazoned with the word 'nike'.
