Basically the kid raped 4 kids aged 7-10. He is 14.

Now I would suggest that you cant put this person in a juvinile prison. Instead he needs help and serious help. But what could you do. He clearly has something wrong in his head, I dont think prison would address the issue.

From the looks of it they are looking at sending him to a hospital or something
