A blimp is put on a treadmill. The blimp is fitted with wheels. The wheels keep the blimp from bumping the ground. When the propellers begin on the blimp and the blimp begins to move forward, the treadmill runs at equal speed in the opposite direction. Do you expect that the blimp will stand still relative to the air around it?
