I hate replies like this. What are they supposed to say?
Perhaps realise that anything they do say would be thrown back in their face anyway and then consider why you even bothered replying in the first place.
Whether they admitted it, didn't reply to it, or denied it, you'd still be twisting it to suggest they had internal problems.
