Your definition of good poster, your definition. People often imitate each other without the need to force them to do so. They often realise someone has an attribute they would like, so they aim acquire that. If they choose not to, supposedly your definition of a bad poster, then I do not believe they should be forced to leave through relentless negativity realised through the reputation system.

But they have. The community has been split. All posters who do not fit into this perfect-poster model , created by those with enough reputation and negativity, leave (Phalon, the most recent example), and all those who object to the relentless "improvement" of others also leave and lend their wares elsewhere (1-X).
