actually,you launched with the intention of no ship returning. That means that you are giving away 30% of your value to someone else. I do not see how you can forget that. Also you want to 'make a point' that hiding resources is 'silly', therefore you reward him?
It all sounds like you didnt actually meant this to happen but are covering up your silly action now.
