hirr did not consider any salvage "donations" when selecting the lemmingrun target. Target selection was done as in previous rounds (r3-10 iirc): someone caught our eye during the round, by annoying the lemmings with fleets or by how he played the game.
The single reason we had for hitting who we hit was the silly amount of resources in production. Most of us consider hiding production a stupid "feature" of the current incarnation of PA, so we decided to see if we could flush it out. We made our statement in the same way we used to do
in the previous rounds hirr played PA.
This is not an apology, it's just a short reminder of how hirr plays PA for those that weren't around in the early rounds.
