You offer two types of PDS: anti-ship and anti-pod/sk. Delightful.


But why would you ever target anything but pods? People won't attack you if they can't get any roids, fleetcatches (which are rare) excluded.

The only possible result is stagnation due to over-defending and an inability to attack planets your own value.
