When i'm sitting in the bus I often want to cut a large chunk hair off from the head of some random person sitting in front of me
The person isn't supposed to notice it
I think the trick would be to pick a person with long hair and put pressure on the part where his or her hair makes contact with his or her seat
This would be my first step in becoming a true ninja; a master of stealth
