Fair enough point.

I do, however, disagree heavily that Bush is not marginally responsible. The response time and aid given was piss-poor and that falls back on all politicians associated, from the mayor to the president. The President always has the ability to swiftly perform tasks as needed. The whole catastrophe is a function of poor politics all around, but comments like:
