The Spectator's a bit shit but not nearly as shit as the New Scientist which as far as I can tell as actually more shit than shit itself. The average front page article is either:
a) half of that wikipedia article you read 2 years ago
b) something that someone has quite brazenly made up
c) the shocking discovery of a genetically mutated, amnesiac black hole with green tendencies.
