I think WHU will probably hold their hands up sometime after the start of the season and before transfer window closes and say "We accept that while we tore the contract up the other party didn't agree so the contract was still in existence" the EPL will then give them a point penalty for the season as they cant kick them out of the league(10 points probably, maybe another 10 or so 'suspended')
Tevez will then join ManU and everyone will ultimately be happy as Joorabchian will get the money he wants, United will get their player and WHU will still be in the premier league with a point penalty which will hinder them but which they will feel they can overcome
