I dunno if theyre to blame for the hurricane , but theyre definetely to blame for building a city below sea level with two huge **** off sea-bearing lakes on their borders.

New Orleans is now the Blub Easy. And itll never be the same again.

Now lets see if the need for $26 billion in government aid is enough for him to stop funding the war in Iraq and look a little closer to home.
