Even if it was the same, JBG would want Asc to win and as Asc are in ND.. it means he would want ND to win. So, even if JBG was pulling the strings in ND, he has no loyality to any other alliance except ND.
However, JBG is not HC of ND.. If you havent noticed, he's hardly active this round.
As far as carDi goes, he may be in ODDR but his loyalty is to his galaxy and Apprime. He also does Target Picking (and surprisingly he picks targets Apprime needs to get covered!) and he's seemingly allowed to kick people.
carDi is not the type to ever be a normal member. Even if you consider him one, he doesnt and he'll threaten people until he gets his way.
