- Visual route, find the geographical location of an IP addy
- Pulse, to count the keys you've typed and send them to a server.... ho ho ho (

- Animagic gif editor, shiet and unstable, but the only one I ever used (and it's simple as hell too)

Those are about all the special programs I can find this fast (apart from the obvious ones like MSN and firewalls)...
