The night we get planet targetted by eXi+friends we recieve 200 calls on ~40 planets. The most alarming state is that nearly 100 of these calls are from planets where their alliance is 'unknown' to us. Now given the fact we have both eXi and VS co-ords basically all mapped, can anyone else explain this?
(We also have every other top 10 alliance basically mapped, and haven't experienced any concentrated incoming off any other alliance.)

only 2 reasonable explainations for that:
1) we got a superhuge block with non top10 allies
2) your intel is shit
everyone may decide for himself what answer is correct...
