Jailing this guy is harsh, and it's not good either. They will just get more fuel for the fire (they as in fascists). I dont belive in turning the blind eye to it at all, but the state can never be a true fighter of fascism as it's the state that spreads it. It needs to be beaten in the streets by force and in the head by arguments, but it has to be the people (for lack of a better word) and not by the state.
And freedom of speech under our current goverments is shit anyways.
