Whoever you pick, ring them up instead of doing it over the web. Yes the web offers 5-10% discounts, but there isn't a human at the end dying to get the commission out of you signing up.

Ring around a few places, and then just play them off against each other. It worked for me.

I'm with Ensleigh, they are very Student/Young Professional orientated.
