*Adam walks through the wall following flapjack he listensn intentivly as flapjack gives the lesson*
so I focus and try to find the energy inside of me?

*Adam nods as Flapjack continues, Adam then being turned loose closes his eyes and begins to clear it of all thoughts, something Adam was known for in other places, Adam then focuses on the psychics inside of him trying to find it, then when he does find it Adam then tries to move it around his body, eyes still closed mind still clear*
