would be sort of tough to say, "we're going to be inactive this round" before you know your going to be inactive wouldn't it? Some alliances go into a round knowing that they will be at a lower intensity level, 1up however never approaches a round with anything less than #1 in it's sights. The fact is, the activity this round wasn't what it needed to be, or has been. It's not an excuse, simply a point of fact.
