Fishbone walked for ten minutes or so, gauging his place in this society. Nothing out of the ordinary caught his eye really. Everything was in different exciting shades of grey and brown, and all the shops had strange smells coming out of them, that could have sold anything.
"Think... think" Fishbone muttered to himself "Hantori is an ex-military guy, that means people who have done some service are likely to have heard of him"
On saying that, Fishbone noticed some bulky skinheads smoking and laughing.
"They could be squaddies or ex-squaddies" he thought. He wandered up to them. After openinga pack of cigarettes and offered them to the group, he lit one up himself. He didn't smoke, but it was useful as a peace-offering at times "Any of you guys know a man named Hantori?"
