Firstly, the average graduate salary is around £17k, so yes, many would be happy with an £18k starting salary- would have been more than I started on.

Secondly, is your CV actually in that order? Would it maybe make sense to put the most relevant/useful bits at the top? (I.e. your current job rather than what high school you went to?) There are a few typos in the description bits as well, first impressions and all...
