the manual has been inaccurate for as many rounds as i can remember so why will it suddenly become accurate or newbie friendly , wishful thinking is one thing but actually having an accurate manual is another
the point of the wiki would be that it can be constantly updated so it would be more like a live manual constantly changing as needed
