surely the person at fault here is oil, regardless of if he knew the rules or not. He mailed the player to say he was crashing on him but at that point there is nothing the player being attacked can do, why is he closed for something completely beyond his control?

admittedly there may be something more to this that I don't understand so feel free to correct me but that is how it seems to me.
