I'd say that is twisting words.. You can have a deal working perfectly even if you do not recall incs you get from the other part. Avoidance deal for example, usually it states that you will try to avoid each other as much as possible. Or a deal that you will hit alliance X heavy gals, but you will cover the whole gal for maximizing the outcome.
