Murkador dashes forward and eyes the mage warily, analzying where his attack would be most effective. Seeing that the mage's robe did not quite cover her throat, Murkador struck there, sliding the bare steel of his long sword across her throat. With a gurgling gasp the mage clutched at her throat and fell to the ground, dead. Murkador whirled to face the remainning three "adventurers", only to recieve a throwing knife in the chest and a mace to the leg. Murkador taunts, biting back the low ebbing agony of the latest attack by the Paladin, and waits for the Edhel-kin fighter to attack. Sure enough, the warrior charges forward to "finish" Murkador off, and Murkador half-staggers, half-leaps forward to catch him in mid-stride. Murkador drops the short sword to grasp the Halberd with his remainning good hand. With a strength borne of desperation he manages to hold the halberd above his head for a few moments, and then Murkador presses his face close to the Fighter's. "Fool." Murkador hisses, and then works the acidic glands in the back of his throat, summoning forth the bile necessary for a Spit-Acid attack. A second later Murkador spits the acidic fluid into the Fighter's face, allowing himself to step back as the bile burns its way through the fighter's skin.

they seem stunned that you have not fallen over and wailed and screamed like a little girl

you wait for the fighter to advance and "finish you off". you fake the injury being worse as the fighter advances. you raise your halberad and the spit the acid in his face.
He screams as the acid begins to burn his face.
the cleric utters an inacantation and a bolt of black energy hits you (2hp damage you resist the powerful SLAY LIVING spell)
the Anti Paladin finishes uttering a spell as you see a CORNUGON DEMON step out of a portal.
the paladin laughs at you...
