You can get morphine tablets/capsules/ampules. heroin is diamorphine, i.e. two morphine structures in the same molecule. Its more potent than morphine because it it can reach your brain more easily 'cos of it's structure, delivering a higher dose to the brain, where it is broken down to morphine. Then you get high as a kite.
