I can confirm that the normal price is 50%; I asked LH while I was upgrading the Yudachi and the Hatsuhara.
Edit: And I'm not sure if you're allowed to "upgrade" hulls like that either. It'd strike me that you'd have to sell the Attack Frig first (20,000 C return) then buy the Attack Corvette hull anew (60,000 C), so you'd end up paying 40,0000 C for the new hull instead of 20,000 C, the difference between the two, as you've done. I don't know if you got that approved or anything beforehand, just pointing it out...
