Consumer Query
If I bu something and it becomes faulty, how long do I have before I can send it back?

I bought my phone charger on April 11th of this year on E-Bay. A couple of weeks ago it started developing problems and is gradually getting worse.

the people who i bought it off have a return policy of 21 days, which I have obviously passed. Can I get a replacement of is it too late?
