I've only played Wii-games a few times when visiting a mate. The first night we played for six hours straight. Tennis, bowling, golf, boxing, etc. I could feel it in my arm for
one week! After that we've found better techniques and it's really just back to normal gaming now without getting sweaty (sometimes though).
Think everyone eventually will found out you don't have to jump around the room to play
