PA Can be accessed through all web-enabled phones that have a mobile browser and obviously connected to the internet. Many people, however, find reading the BotStopper question on their mobile phone challenging, however.

I do not believe that there is presently WAP support for PA, nor any intention to re-introduce WAP support, as more and more mobiles are becoming web-enabled.
