Again, we're stuck on semantics just like on the "what is racism" question. Yes they kill people (by the way, I bet not every soldier has killed someone - but who cares! probably 50% of them have, therefore label all of them murderers! I like your logic) - and so they are murderers - just like every single policy in the world ever related to anything immigration related is racist, and thus all governments are racist arseholes and should be shot on sight.
Also, if the soldiers are so blatantly murderers, go prosecute them dude! Goood luck with that homie.
