I'm assuming everyone wants their character to be literate so I am taking it off the skills list. If anyone DOESN'T want their character to be literate, speak up

. I realize literacy was not as prevalent as it is today and that it was a special skill, but every character so far (sans mrmao who has not yet posted) has yet to come from a background completely devoid of education.

I've given everyone 4 skills. If you want to modify yours, you must do so in the first set of posts (DM ----> response post). When I get around to the 2nd DM, its set in stone. I want to give everyone the chance to personalize your character to your liking, but we can't have skills suddenly pop up in the middle of battle, e.g., "Fortunately Huracan was skilled in boomerang throwing."

You will need to periodically spend money on necessities such as food, and through out the thread the year will go on (thread begins Jan 1 1680). There will be no set time frame for each DM, it will all depend on what is happening though time will generally pass in weeks (except in the case of fights/conversations, etc). Thread begins tomorrow.

Questions anyone?
