Ooh, I remember in my geekish way I noticed some inaccuracies in Underworld.

The doctor dude goes to give CPR to the woman, and he does it all wrong. He does cardiac massage too slowly and doesn't even check if she's breathing.
In the "ancient vampire records", there's an even worse error. One page is in Latin. Fine, no problem with that. The next page is in Modern English, and - even worse - the letterforms are as if it were Anglo-Saxon. Why would Modern English be in a supposedly "ancient" tome?
