Re: dda's trial continues
It could be seen as self-pity though, also looking away from everyone while giving evidence seems dodgy, we all know about liars avoiding eye contact. He seems to have nothing to offer other than "I'm a pillar of the community and the other guy was possibly a criminal".

I'd be more sympathetic if Alamo was honest enough to admit he was simply scared and panicked. However I get the impression he's just a right-wing nutjob who's seen too many cowboy films.
