So you're basically asking those with a theological belief (atheism) to alter their conduct in a way totally incompatible with Western society? That's absurd. In the United States, there
is no choice but to use paper money at some point in your life. Capitalism at the individual level relies on money to function, and America is a Western capitalist society. They would not be able to conventionally live without using that money (ignoring Internet shopping, etc).
I suppose you'd have no problem with a society burning Christians at the stake if it outlawed their religion?
