neither imo
look into acer laptops. good price,performance and customer support.
they also look a damn sight better then those two

( the HP one is just ugly and has evil EVIL onboard graphics - not to mention the TINY 14 inch screen , the sony one you cant trust not to come with a rootkit installed as standard

, wont take more then a gig of memory so you're screwed when you want to upgrade it, has a REDICULOUSLY small screen , and generally sony laptops are stupidly expensive )
