Neighbours - 30 mins
Simpsons - 30 mins
Hollyoaks - 30 mins
Eastenders - 30 mins
C4 Drama (Nip/Tuck, Desperate Housewives etc) - 1 hour
Big Brother - 1 hour

Adds up to 3-4 hours per night.

Although I usually just have it on in the background, not necessarily "watching" it as such.
