1. EMP effs need to be adjusted

2. Forcing allies to go for xan defence planets regardless of ship strategy will be unhealty for how the stats play out. The apparition simply is way too good, every alliance can stop another DE tag 100% by having a few xan defence planet.

3. Wether wygern or dragon target DE as T2 dosnt matter much, if you want to nerph ter switching them around would do a lot.

4. Make locust "normal" or swap the T1/T2 with the widow. Looking at it at first glance i dont understand why anyone would build this ship. Also if you want CO as a more favourable ship strat option you need defensive synergy, wich you would improve with swapping targetting on locust.

5. Roach/Broker the same ship basicly, swapping T1 and T2 on roach would make cat/etd teamups better, and it would give cath a T1 DE wich you need against every xan roiding class in most sets.

6. Another xan DE ship could make cath and partly ETD more viable. Having a 3rd xan that fires at T1 CR and removing T2 on spectre would force you to spread the value more.
