this is 1 of the training rooms, this 1 isn't sealed off from the rest of the world with panatheum shielding, but that won't be needed untill you get strong enough as to overpower my walls, they're alive you see.

you'll have to start with learning to control your physic energies, this is a simple basic something, i want you to focus inwards and come in touch with those energies.

Once you feel that you can get to them and is it were touch them, push them about in your body a little, you'll notice what's happening soon enough that way.

Now, focus yourself outwards, focus on 1 of those blocks of wood, force your energy onto it and use that energy to change the blocks, just changing the form of it will do for now, i'll get into changing substances soon enough.
