Imo there are 4 sides that can win the world cup.

Brasil, England, Netherlands and Italy in no specific order.

germany allways became better in tournaments, i wouldnt forget them!
but england and italy clearly have no real chance on winning the world cup, i would give argentina a bigger chance on winning
