Now this is exactly the thing that shouldn't happen. Wtf, are there more types of cheaters and every type should have a different punishment? Cheating is cheating, doesn't have comparative forms like ''better cheater'' or ''more beautiful cheater'' or whatever ffs. Sadly, those small favoritisms you are talking about, those can make the difference in a tight war. Quod erat demonstrandum.
