ooc- ok, sword: picked up from a dead scotsman. navel gun: present from a friend, and used because of two things, it sounds like a small cannon and is that much more powerful than a normal pistol (not for use in normal battle field conditions). and just so that everything makes a bit more sense, this guy is not meant to be a "normal" officer, meaning he was promoted from the ranks. i guess i should have added that into the anything else doey, but didnt think of it at the time, so sry
