Get paid to improve America

The Democractic party is er having a contest to see who comes up with the best idea as to how improve America. The winner receives $100,000. Everyone here is always full of ideas, I saw no requirement that the contestant be a US citizen, but then I didn't look very hard.

We're looking for fresh, new ideas for a better America. Do you have a common-sense idea that will improve the day-to-day lives of everyday Americans? Or an opinion on how working families can succeed in the new global economy?
Most recent suggestions:
  1. National Health Care = Jobs Program
  2. Public Service = College Education
  3. Prices should include sales tax!
  4. Fair ditribution of school funding
  5. Listen to the American Citizens
  6. Lifetime training & wage insurance

EDIT: You don't need to be a citizen, but you have to be legal resident. :0
