Sight: -0.75 left and -1.25 right, or the other way around. I pay 50€ a month for night contacts (contact lenses I put in while I sleep so I have perfect sight the next day). I refuse to wear glasses and can't wear normal contacts due to working in AC environment and sports. Laser treatment isn't an option either. Guess I'm doomed to being ripped off.
Elbow: Broke my elbow when I was 7 or so and they put it in a plaster right away without breaking it back, so it looks a bit freakish.

I think that's about it, all in all I'm a pretty healthy person. Physically.
